26 MARCH 2010 Alex and Jake Australia wrap up...
Tom Arkus from Vinyl BMX sent me these pics last week from the Sunday Australia trip. I was waiting for Alex or Jake to write me a re-cap. So, here you go:
I really have know idea where to start on this caption shit, But here it goes. The Hotel/ kangaroo habitat was in Canberra. This was our first Kangaroo sighting and it was like a week into the trip. We would wake up and literally walk outside the hotel n there would be a pack of Roos. One of the Photos jakes getting his Steve Irwin on! We actually heard after the fact, that Kangaroos can wreck your world. They basically grab you by your head, rest on their tail and open your chest up with spurs. We were all unaware of this shit until two days after. The Swagger Hotel. This was a hotel we tried checking into.Ended up being full, but Jake n i ended up getting a good photo out of it.
Moonbi lookout was a mountain top to a excellent view. We ended up on a nature scout and saw some foreign lizards. Also there was a over load of flies. I remember stepping out of the van and seeing a colony of ants eating a small dead creature. We could hear the crunching of the bones from the ants devouring it.
The worms on the tree was really creepy and sick. I was poking them with a stick and they started spitting out this haggard looking creamy goo coming out of their ass. Not sure why im tonguing that thing. Haha

okay, okay so we've been pretty slack on the updates recently as i'm sure you will have noticed. our deepest apologies to those of you who struggled getting through their day to day lives during this time. we know how eagerly you all await for these updates and we apologies for the inconvenience caused by your life virtually grinding to a hault in the absence of any news updates from DuFFS.
so, in a really lame attempt to make up for it we're just gonna post a whole of stuff right now so you can cancell those appointments with your councillor and resume your incredibly radical ifestyle right away. sorry, we can't help with refunds...

That title was inspired by a debate over the intros being included on hip hop albums. I say "NO", but you can't argue with what "deeez nuts" has done for our culture. Anyway, with that said, here's what dee DuFFS nuts have been up to lately:
Alex Magallan- got tired of the Australian women, so he came back to the US, and is currently picking up chicks in Austin.
Jake Seeley- Jake got tired of being rejected by the women in Australia, so he's back in Austin, getting rejected by women there. I'm thinking of holding a benefit for him....
Kevin Porter- Kevin is in Austin drinking coffee, pondering life, and eating breakfast EVERY morning. It's not pretty when that dude misses breakfast.
Jimmy LeVan- James is currently fixing his hair, not sending me news updates, and heading to Austin for South by Southwest. Though he acts like he's going for other reasons, we know the truth.
Mark Mulville- Mark is continuing to train for his starring role in the sequel to The Big Lebowski. Who more perfect to play "dude junior", and than dude junior himself? He can be found in various ROTC buildings on college campuses looking for things to tie the room together.
Karl Poynter- Karl has been playing a lot of foosball. He also was shooting people in the nuts with paintballs all weekend. He did make an appearance at the Louisville Skatepark, but I wasn't around to witness it. I think he did a skidder around the entire park, but that hasn't been confirmed yet.
Did you notice a common thread in this update? OVER HALF OUR TEAM IS IN AUSTIN AT THE MOMENT!!! I need a vacation......
